About Nilatis
Serialization built for the factory you actually run.
Most serialization platforms are built for multinational manufacturers with hundreds of lines. That leaves small and medium pharmaceutical factories choosing between enterprise complexity and non-compliance. We built iX-Nilatis for them: GS1 DataMatrix printing, verification and traceability, sized and priced for a single production line.
How we work
We focus on one thing: a compact, automated serialization line that prints, verifies and rejects cartons with a complete batch record, running on a mini PC or industrial PC rather than a data center. When your needs go beyond a standard line, our custom-systems team designs inspection, scanning and traceability around your production.
Why we stay focused
Nilatis started from a simple observation: small and medium manufacturers were being offered enterprise systems for a single line. Staying focused on that problem keeps us close to every installation, and puts what we learn on real packaging floors straight into the product.
